Spanish Classes
Learn Spanish or practice conversational Spanish. Beginning Spanish Wednesdays, September 9 - November 18 Spanish Conversation Wednesdays, September 23, October 7 & 21, and November 4 & 18

Mondays, September 14 - October 19, @ 3 p.m. Ages 2-4. Music, movement, balance, and basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly, and positive manner. Teachers keep the music and curriculum moving along in an appropriate way this age group.

Saturday, September 19 @ 1 p.m. Explore a variety of drawing media & techniques & apply the basic visual elements of art. Naturalist Suzanne Michot will guide participants along the trails, interpreting aspects of the natural world that surround us & give us inspiration.

Thursday, September 24 @ 6 p.m. Discover how AI works, use tools like ChatGPT and Claude effectively, and build a simple AI application. No technical experience required. Instructor: David Younghans

Thursday, September 24 @ 9 a.m. Explore visual journaling through guided, creative art-making that encourages self-expression and personal insight. No experience needed. $15 materials fee payable to instructor. Instructor: Sivan.

 Sugar Free September
We challenge you to reduce or cut out all sources of added sugar for 30 days! We will offer a log to track sugar, handouts and programs to discuss sugar in foods and what sugar does to your body.

- No registration required. This workshop from Rocky Mountain Devo shows how your body uses oxygen and burns energy during exercise, giving a clearer picture of your fitness level and how to train smarter.

- Boost core strength, flexibility, and posture with personalized attention in a small class. Support your fitness and balance goals with resistance-based springs.

Fridays, 9/25-10/30 @ 5:30-6:30 p.m.
- In this class, you don’t need any experience with dance, you don’t need to bring a partner, and you don’t need special dance shoes to participate. All you need to bring are socks or smooth-soled shoes and a winning attitude! Instructor: AJ
Thursday, 9/17 @ 6:30-7:30 p.m.
- A gentle, grounding experience to soothe your body, calm your mind, and recharge your spirit. Enjoy herbal tea, calming aromas, and a relaxing sound bath, leaving you refreshed and centered. Instructor: Ashley
Wednesday, 9/9 @ 11-12 p.m.
- You asked. We answered! Get evidence-based answers to your diet and wellness questions. This class will help clear up the confusion around healthy eating, fitness, and longevity trends in a welcoming group setting. Instructor: Diana
Wednesdays, 9/9-9/30 @ 5:30-6:15 p.m.
- Water mat classes are in the pool on inflatable boards. Classes will focus on a fun yoga practice. Yoga on the water enhances balance and improves core strength. Max 8 participants. Instructor: Gena W.
