A. Update with Youth Advisory Board (00:01:05)
The Youth Advisory Board updated Council on their activities over the past year. Including providing input on the PROS Plan, volunteer efforts, and a teen mental health event. Council and the board discussed several topics. Mayor Leh presented each board member with a certificate.
Council member Dickinson left the meeting at 6:52 p.m.
B. Resolution No. 43, Series 2026 — A Resolution Creating a Historic Preservation Tax Task Force and Appointing Members to Such Task Force (00:50:58)
Council member Hoefner moved to approve Resolution No. 43, Series 2026; seconded by Council member Fahey.
Aye: Leh, Cooperman, Fahey, Hoefner, Kern
Nay: None
Absent: Hamlington, Dickinson
