RESOLUTION NO. 42, SERIES 2026 - A RESOLUTION SETTING CERTAIN WATER, WASTEWATER, STORMWATER AND OTHER FEES, RATES AND CHARGES FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO (01:26:30)
Council member Fahey moved to approved Resolution No. 42, Series 2026; seconded by Council member Hoefner.

DISCUSSION / DIRECTION: POTENTIAL 2026 BALLOT QUESTIONS (02:02:30)
Council gave the following direction:
Historic Preservation Tax
Council gave direction to form a task force to review the tax and possible inclusion for extension on the 2026 ballot.
Local Marketing District
Council gave staff direction to not proceed with a local marketing district, but to review and make recommendations on lodging tax.
Charter Amendments
Council gave staff direction to provide additional information on the proposed charter amendments and to also provide information on meeting locations.
