 Older Americans Month Celebration
Wednesday, May 21, 2025

This year, we’re flipping the script with an exciting lineup! Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring Oven-Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Corn, Tomato & Avocado Salad, Pineapple, and a Whole Wheat Roll. Then, hear from Louisville artist Robin Salcido as she shares what inspires her upcoming senior center exhibit, “Remember Me (This Way),” and discusses how art can reshape the way we think about aging. Next, Kate Francis Hope will introduce us to the fun and creativity of Improv. But wait—there’s more! Actors from the local senior theatre company, VIVA will perform a short scene from “Our Town.”
Reserve your meal by 1:30pm Tuesday, May 20. Suggested donation for those 60+ is $4.50. Those under 60 the fee is $15.25.
