G. ORDINANCE NO. 1895, SERIES 2025 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 5.12 CONCERNING CONTRACTOR LICENSES - 1ST READING AND SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAY 20, 2025
The motion to approve the ordinance on first reading and set the public hearing for May 20, 2025 was approved unanimously.
H. DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Council gave the City Manager Direction to initiate discussion with Boulder County and the City of Boulder to join Boulder Office of Disaster Management and develop a Request for Proposal to hire a consultant to prepare an Emergency Operations Plan.
