East Street closed to through traffic from March 24 to April 11

East Street will be closed to through traffic beginning on Monday, March 24 for approximately three weeks to allow for utility installation work.

The area which will be closed is in the 400 and 500 block of East Street, with access remaining open at Pine Street on the north end and Lock Street on the south end. Motorists are asked to enter East Street using the access point closest to their destination.
