Councilmember Cooperman made a motion to move the Approval of Wildfire Mitigation Campaign Development Contract with Fors Marsh to regular business and approve the rest of the consent agenda; seconded by Mayor Leh. All in favor.

B. MARCH FOR MEALS PROCLAMATION
Councilmember Fahey read the proclamation which was approved unanimously.
C. ORDINANCE NO. 1891, SERIES 2025 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE FIRE HARDENING CODE FOR STRUCTURES - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (advertised City of Louisville Website 02/07/25)
Approved as amended with a vote of 6-1.
D. RESOLUTION NO. 13, SERIES 2025 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR TEMPORARY USE PERMIT AS A PRECURSOR TO A PERMANENT USE TO ALLOW A TASTING ROOM FOR IRONTON DISTILLERY LOCATED AT 1303 EMPIRE ROAD
Approved unanimously.
