Thursdays, 3/6- 3/27 @ 5:45 a.m. For any and all adults who know how to swim, but want to add lap swimming to your fitness/wellness routine. Gain endurance and basic stroke techniques.

Mondays, 3/31 - 5/5 @ 6 - 7 p.m. This class is an introduction to the sport of jump rope. We will work on single rope, double dutch, long rope, and other skills. Please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle!

 Featured Fitness Class: Zumba
Feel the energy of Latin and international beats! This dynamic fitness class combines fast and slow rhythms with interval training to tone, sculpt, and energize your body while keeping the fun nonstop!
Zumba Classes classes are included with your paid admission or membership. Participants must be at least 14 years old, and we recommend consulting your physician before starting a new exercise program.
