D. EXECUTIVE SESSION – PENDING LITIGATION (Louisville Charter, Section 5-2(d) – Authorized Topics – Consultation with an attorney representing the City with respect to pending litigation, and C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) for a conference with the City Attorney for the purpose of legal advice on specific legal questions concerning pending litigation regarding obligations under an agreement.
No action needed following executive session.
