Tuesday, 1/7-4/29 @ 1:15 - 2:15 p.m.
This class is specifically designed for older adults. The focus is on fun, building community & improving balance, memory & coordination. No experience necessary, tap shoes optional. *Drop-in is available for $15. Please give your paid receipt to instructor.

Wednesday, 1/15-3/19 @ 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
This class is a follow-up to the beginning Spanish class taught at the Louisville Rec Center in Fall of 2024. This class is best for Spanish students who are already comfortable with regular verbs in the present tense. We will learn and practice stem-changing and irregular verbs in the present tense.

“Yes, And…” Improv for Everyone is an invigorating opportunity to learn improvisational theater skills, build confidence, deepen empathy, and develop character/story in a fun, active, creative, collaborative environment.

Friday, 1/17-3/28 @ 9:30 - 11 a.m.
This class is for new players or those who played a long time ago and want to play again. Players need familiarity with a trick-taking card game.

Monday, 1/20 @ 1 - 5 p.m.
Designed to sharpen driving knowledge and skills and to develop strategies that can reduce the likelihood of having a crash. Learn how to drive safely when sharing the road with others.

Volunteers here beginning Thursday, February 6
AARP Tax-Aide Foundation will be providing free tax preparation services, targeting low to moderate income seniors and others. The service will be offered most Thursdays from February 6th through April 10th at the Louisville Senior and Recreation Center. Appointments are required.

Thursday, January 9 @ 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
The Boulder County Caregiver Initiative supports caregivers of those 60+ or with dementia. Resource Specialists offer personalized information, referrals, and resources during walk-in hours. Walk-ins are welcome.

Brooks Café at the Louisville's Recreation & Senior Center offers a welcoming space for older adults to enjoy affordable, nutritious meals and socialize. Meals are offered Monday-Friday and reservations are required by 1:30pm the day before. To register for a meal, call 303-335-4931 or email pmorgan@louisvilleco.gov.
