Friday, 10/25 @ 6 p.m.
Bring the whole family and catch yourself a spooky floating pumpkin from our aquatic pumpkin patch! After catching your floating pumpkin, take it into the decoration room and create your spooky masterpiece! Register in advance, two pumpkin max per family. Admission covers your pumpkin, but as many people can show up together and participate as you want! For families: please register only one family member, multiple registrations in one family will not get you more than one pumpkin. Max of 115 pumpkins available for registration.

Mondays, 10/7-10/28 @ 5 - 6 p.m. Ages 6 - Adult Introduce your child to karate for focus, and coordination, and FUN. Led by 8th-degree Black Belt Hanshi Cyrus Madani. Parents can join! Extra fees for gi and belt testing.

Monday, 10/14 @ 9 a.m. Ages 4 - 9 Get spooky this Halloween by making ghostly slime and decorating a creepy jar! Costumes encouraged. Please pack a nut-free snack and drink.

Monday, 10/14 @ 9 a.m. Ages 5 - 12 Learn yoga, mindfulness, and meditation through music, games, and crafts. Kids refine motor skills and learn stress relief techniques.

Sat-Sun, 10/19-10/27 All Ages Register to build and showcase your fairy house at the Louisville Arboretum! Place it by 8 a.m., Saturday, October 19. Free event, registration required, pickup by October 28.

Sunday, 10/27 @ 1 p.m. Ages 4 - 12 Join our Halloween celebration with drawing and mixed-media collage! Kids can unleash their creativity and bring their unique monsters to life.

Tuesdays, 10/29-12/10 @ 10 - 10:45 a.m. Ages 6 Months - 5 Years Join our interactive music program for all ages! Enjoy tunes, learn about sharing and eco-friendliness.

Ages 6 Months - 12 Years Child Watch lets parents enjoy the Rec Center while kids play, learn, and have fun with awesome staff. Parents must stay on-site.

 Fall StoryWalk® Kick Off
Read a story on signs as you walk through the park. Join us at Cottonwood Park on November 5 from 4-5 p.m. The Fall StoryWalk® features the story Water is Water by Miranda Paul. Crafts & refreshments will be available for the first 30 people. The StoryWalk® will be up through November 26.
