September is Falls Prevention Month!
Falls Prevention Month is a time dedicated to raising awareness about the risks and prevention strategies to keep everyone, especially older adults, safe. Falls are a leading cause of injury, but they are not an inevitable part of aging. By staying active, making simple changes to our homes, and staying informed, we can significantly reduce the risk of falls. Join us this month to learn, engage, and take steps toward a safer and more independent life. Falls Prevention programs are free but registration is required..
