It's time for the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center's annual maintenance week! During this time the facility will temporarily close to allow staff and contractors time to scrub, shine, paint, disinfect, repair, resurface, wash, organize, and more.
Louisville Recreation and Senior Center members can use Bob L. Burger Rec Center from Aug 12 - 14. More info at www.CityofLafayette.com or call 303-665-0469.

- Learn to make restaurant style Jeera Pulao: non sticky, fluffy, comforting and flavorful basmati rice seasoned with fragrant cumin seeds. Chicken Jalfrezi: Jalfrezi means "hot-fry". Made with boneless skinless chicken and vegetables including bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.
