Utility Auto-Pay Billing Issue
If you are signed up for auto-pay for utility billing, we want to let you know that our utility billing software is currently experiencing a system error that has caused some auto-payments to be incorrectly declined. This issue is affecting only a limited number of customers, not all residents.
Our team is actively working with the software provider to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If your auto-payment was declined in error, please rest assured that no late fees will be applied, and no penalties will be issued as a result of this system failure.
