⚠️ TRAFFIC/CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: 

Valley Road/Hwy 6 Roundabout

Phase III of the Valley Rd./Hwy 6 Roundabout Project is now underway. Crews began this week with the installation of a new drainage line across Hwy 6, which will eventually help pull water out of the tunnel near the High School.

Early next week (week of September 8), crews will move on to road surface milling from Oak Ridge Dr. to the Schoolside Roundabout tie-in. This work may cause minor traffic delays outside of the morning rush. Please pay close attention to traffic control signage and flaggers in the area.

Over the coming weeks, crews will also install new road signage and lighting, as well as prepare the area for landscaping. Final road surface paving is anticipated toward the end of September. During this stage, drivers should expect lane shifts and possible detours. Specific traffic control details for paving will be shared once the schedule is finalized.
