Call for Gypsum Design Review Board (DRB) Members
Be a part of Gypsum's Design Review process!
Gypsum has two areas in town that are subject to a higher level of architectural review to make sure that quality appearance and specific design is achieved. These areas are referred to as Airport Gateway Business Center (home of Costco, Napa Auto, Ferguson and others) and the Market District (home of the post office, Ridley’s Market, Asian Fusion, and surrounding properties).
The Design Review Board (DRB) reviews building applications and works with a professional architect to accomplish the design appearance and criteria set forth in the regulations for these two areas and we would like citizens of our community to assist us in reaching these goals. This board meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m., and a possible second meeting as needed.
We are looking to fill one spot on our Design Review Board. If you are a resident of Gypsum and interested in serving as a member on the Design Review Board, please complete and submit the application at the link below by Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Design Review Board Member appointments will be made at the Town Council meeting on August 26th, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 50 Lundgren Blvd. Gypsum, CO.
