Important reminders for our upcoming Community Cleanup Day - this Saturday.

NO CURBSIDE TRASH SERVICE
There is no curbside trash service on Cleanup Day. All trash and yard debris must be brought to the free dumpsite at the Gypsum Sports Complex. The Town does provide curbside pick up for senior citizens and residents with physical disabilities ONLY on Cleanup Day. Residents may request this special service by calling Town Hall at 970-524-7514 by Friday, May 2 before 12 PM to be placed on this list.

CHIPPER PROGRAM CLARIFICATION
The Chipper Program is NOT run by the Town of Gypsum. This program is run by Eagle Valley Wildland. They were already in Gypsum for their May service this past Sunday, 4/27. For more information on their monthly slash pile curbside pickup schedule in Gypsum, throughout the summer, please email home@eagleriverfire.org or visit the Eagle Valley Wildland Facebook page.

FREE DUMPSITE INFO
- The free dumpsite is available to Gypsum residents within Town limits, only. Sorry, this does not include Dotsero. Proof of residency is required upon arrival. Post office boxes are not proof of residency.
- Before coming to the dumpsite, please review our list of items that are ALLOWED and NOT ALLOWED at the dumpsite at this LINK.
- The dumpsite will close promptly at noon on Saturday. But did you know that Eagle County residents may dispose of up to 1600 pounds of trash and 4 tires per year at the Eagle County Landfill via a Free Punch Pass? To obtain a Free Punch Pass you must be able to provide two forms of proof of residency at the landfill with physical address only. Free Punch Passes may be picked up at the landfill office during normal business hours Monday through Saturday. More Eagle County Landfill information is available at this LINK.
