2025 Construction Projects Public Meeting
Gypsum has several significant projects scheduled for construction this spring, summer, and fall. To keep our community informed, we invite residents to attend a public meeting tonight, April 10 at 6:00 PM in the Gypsum Town Council Chambers. This is a great opportunity to learn more about each project, expected timelines, and potential traffic impacts.
The major projects and topics covered at this meeting include:
- Hwy 6/Valley Road Roundabout
- Cooley Mesa Rd./Siena Lake Roundabout
- New Wastewater Treatment Plant (update)
- River View Sewer Main Capacity Increase
- Mill and Overlay Streets Projects
- Town Park Playground Equipment Upgrades
- Development Updates
- Design Projects in the Works
