While crews continue to work in segments 2 and 3 next week (week of 8/12), the Jules Dr. Detour will remain in place for all east and westbound Hwy 6 traffic. As paving crews approach Jules Dr. in segment 2 in the last half of the week, all east and westbound Hwy 6 traffic will be detoured from Green Way to Red Table Dr. to Jules Dr. and vice versa. See detour maps below.
Please note the new 45 MPH speed limit now in place for Hwy 6, East of the Cooley Mesa Rd. intersection and continue adjust your commute accordingly. We are getting close to the end of the project and appreciate the community's continued patience. Thank you.

Utility work and trenching continue, and crews will begin milling next week. Motorists should be prepared for changing traffic patterns as the temporary roundabout is installed and for intermittent traffic stops with flagger control throughout the project. During peak traffic times, flaggers will keep traffic moving around the temporary roundabout to minimize backups on the off-ramp.
As always, please slow down and obey all traffic/construction signs and flaggers in the construction zone.

Grading for the roadway and sidewalk will continue, and concrete work for the sidewalk and curbs will begin next week. When the curb and sidewalk concrete work begins, residents along Eagle Street will be asked to park on the North side of the street to allow the concrete time to cure. Town staff will distribute door hangers to residents along Eagle Street with more specifics about parking.
