Advance online registration for the the Gypsum Daze 5K is only $15. BUT If you plan to sign up in person that morning, please bring $25 CASH or CHECK (made out to Town of Gypsum) only. NO CREDIT CARD payments can be accepted at the race check-in. Of course, we always prefer participants register online in advance. Not only is it cheaper, but it helps things move more smoothly that morning. Thank you.

- The East Rec Center Parking Lot (the lot at the base of the Gypsum Sports Complex stairs) will be CLOSED from Wednesday, JULY 17, 5 PM through Sunday, JULY 21, late afternoon.

ALL Municipal Campus Parking Lots (Rec Center, Town Hall, & Library lots) will be CLOSED from Thursday, JULY 18, 5 PM through Sunday morning, JULY 21, when the majority of lots will reopen. Some event items may still be in place.

Valley Road (between Hwy 6 and Cooley Mesa Rd.) will be CLOSED to vehicle traffic:
- Friday, JULY 19, 5 PM - 11 PM (Valley Rd. Permit/Resident Access Only)
- Saturday, JULY 20, 6 AM -11 PM (Valley Rd. Permit/Resident Access Only)
Gypsum Daze events take place at several locations around Gypsum. Please see specific events for their locations. However, most activities occur around the Municipal Campus (Town Hall, Gypsum Rec Center, Library, and Lundgren Amphitheater.)
EVENT PARKING: Free parking is available in the front/North Eagle Valley High School parking lot, at the Gypsum Sports Complex, and along Cooley Mesa Road, if needed. The South parking lot at Eagle Valley High School is permit/pass parking only and reserved for event vendors, VIP ticket holders, and handicapped patrons ONLY.
EVENT SHUTTLES: Eagle County/ECO Buses will run a free shuttle service with a pick-up spot in front of the Eagle County facility on Cooley Mesa Rd AND from the NORTH Eagle Valley High School lot, dropping patrons at the main event entrance at Lundgren Blvd/Valley Rd.
Free Golf Cart Shuttles are available from the South High School parking lot for the elderly, handicapped, and VIPs.
No Outside Alcohol or Coolers are permitted at Gypsum Daze, day or night. Bar service will be provided both in the Food Court during the day and at night, and inside the concert venue. Plus, the Food Court (outside of the concert venue) will be open to non-concert ticket holders until 10:00 PM both concert nights.
Bag checks will take place at all three designated event entrances (@Valley Rd/Lundgren Blvd., @Library/South EVHS Parking Lot, and @Gypsum Sports Complex Stairs.) You may enter with EMPTY WATER BOTTLES and fill at our free water stations. But due to the special event liquor permit for this event no outside beverages are allowed inside the event venue or concert venue. Beverages will be for sale from our food vendors as well as our beverage concessionaire/bar.
