Crews will continue to work on paving in segments 4 & 5. Single-lane operations with flagger control will occur during paving operations in segment 5 (between the town boundary and approximately Ferrell Gas) causing traffic delays. Once paving is complete in segment 5 crews will return to two lanes.
The Eagle Valley Trail bike path in segment 4 & 5 is now open but please use caution as the path remains in a construction zone and is currently without a shoulder.
Work at the Hwy 6 and Cooley Mesa Road intersection will also continue next week. Please obey all flaggers and signs when traveling through the intersection.
Segments 2 & 3 could see intermittent single-lane operations with flagger control next week as milling work concludes. Alternate routes are encouraged.
No construction work will occur on the July 4th holiday or the Friday after (7/5).
Please continue to adjust your commute accordingly and take it slow while traveling through construction zones to help keep the road crews' and other motorists safe. Thank you.
