Eagle Street Sewer & Paving Project: Work begins later this week/early next week.
The Eagle Street Sewer & Paving Project will get underway later this week and into early next week (6/10/24). The project will start with milling work at the east end of Eagle Street (at Red Hill Road) and move west in segments toward the cemetery. Tree removal work will also take place this week and next week.
The project area of Eagle Street will remain open, with one-lane access for local traffic only. Residents along Eagle Street should have all trash out on Trash Day, NO LATER THAN 7:00 AM, as the Town trash trucks will pick up along Eagle Street first to avoid interference with the construction later in the morning. Please do not be late.
Please note that this project is starting a little earlier than anticipated due to a last-minute opening in the contractor's schedule. We hope this email gives you enough advance notice. Please spread the word to your Eagle Street neighbors who may not be on our email list. Thank you.
