Brentwood Park: New Playground Coming this Month!
Replacing a play structure that has served the neighborhood for 50 years, a brand-new playground is coming to Brentwood Park. The updated space features modern play equipment and improved accessibility. The playground is designed with direct input from local students and neighbors.
The playground is expected to open just in time for spring (by late April). Take a look at the winning equipment design and stay up-to-date on the opening date by visiting the Speak Up Greeley page: speakupgreeley.com/brentwoodplayground.

Keep That Hose Handy - Spring Watering Tips
Warm, dry Colorado winters can be tough on your yard — and stressed plants are more vulnerable to insects and disease come spring. A little watering now goes a long way.
Start with anything you planted in the last year. New trees, shrubs and perennials are still building their root systems and need the extra attention. Established evergreens are a good second priority.
Important: City code restricts the use of irrigation systems until April 15. Until then, use a hose and sprinkler — and only water when temperatures are above 50 degrees. If your area hasn't received about an inch of precipitation in the past 30 days, it's time to water. For more information, check out Water and Sewer Tips.
