 Greeley Utility Portal is Now Live!
Starting on November 18, the City of Greeley is moving to a new billing system. Until you sign in to the new Greeley Utility Portal, you'll continue to receive a paper bill.
The new portal helps save time, water and money by providing a modern platform that enables you to easily view and manage water usage. The previous utility billing system was over 20 years old and did not provide the same perks as the new portal.
Sign Up Steps:
- Find your NEW account number. It will be printed on the top left of your most recent Greeley water utility bill, mailed to you after 11/18/25.
- Visit GreeleyCO.gov/my-utilities. Click on the Greeley Utility Portal Login button, then click on the blue Sign Up link.
- Create your new account. Enter your NEW account number and most recent water bill amount, then create your profile.
- Take a tour. Learn how to pay bills online or set up autopay, view/manage your water use, access water-savings resources/rebates and more.

Set Up Autopay
If you are accustomed to paying your water utility bill automatically, you will need to set it up again on the new portal. Information from the old account will not be transferred over. You will receive a monthly paper bill until you've signed in to your new account.
Once you've done that, you can change the method of payment under the My Wallet section. There are several new options to choose from like PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay and ApplePay.

Pay by Phone
Starting on November 18, Greeley Water customers can make secure payments by phone using the new 24/7 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
To pay your water utility bill by phone, call (970) 350-9811 and have your account number ready.
This option adds convenience, speed and flexibility—no lines, no stamps.

Review Water Budget
Greeley’s Water Budget Program is designed to help you use water efficiently while keeping your costs low. It provides a monthly water budget that is personalized for single-family residential customers, based on specific needs.
Review the water budget section on your new water utility bill to ensure your household and landscape information is accurate.

Apply for Rebates
Greeley Water encourages customers to be efficient with their water usage. To support this, the City provides rebates for installing high-efficiency toilets, irrigation controllers and irrigation components.
You can apply for rebate programs like the Flush and Flow Program within the utility portal. Once you’ve signed up for your new account, you can find information under the Services section.
