Unofficial Results of the 2025 Greeley Election Released

The City of Greeley has announced the unofficial results of the 2025 election.

Congratulations to Dale Hall, elected to serve as Greeley’s next mayor for a two-year term. Joining him on the Greeley City Council are Ryan Roth (At-Large, 4-year term), Deb DeBoutez (Ward 2, 4-year term), Johnny Olson (Ward 3, 4-year term), and Brian Rudy (Ward 4, 2-year term).

Election results will be certified the week of November 10. The newly elected officials will be sworn in during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, November 18. The community is invited to attend and welcome them into service.

Get Ready for the New Greeley Utility Portal

The new portal launches on November 17 and brings major upgrades to how Greeley Water customers pay their water utility bill.

What to know:

When the new system launches, all accounts will temporarily switch to paper bills and autopay must be reconnected.
You'll receive a new account number on your November/December bill. Use it to create your new online account.
Signing up takes under two minutes and gives you access to autopay, online bill pay, water use tracking and rebates.
The City of Greeley is upgrading its utility billing system from 5 p.m. Thursday, November 13, to 8 a.m. Tuesday, November 18. Online and in-person water bill payments will not be available during this time.
