We are gauging interest in the development of an indoor waterpark resort with an attached arena in Greeley, Colorado. It would be just off Highway 34, about 3 miles east of Interstate 25. The resort would feature nearly 400 rooms, a large indoor waterpark, meeting space, food and beverage outlets, and other amenities. The arena would feature a larger venue for Colorado Eagles hockey games and concerts, as well as three sheets of ice for hockey and figure skating.
