Kicking Off a Long-Range Planning Effort for Greeley
The East Greeley Subarea Plan joins the West Greeley Subarea Plan as part of a larger, long-term effort to plan for Greeley's future. This plan focuses on the unique features and needs of East Greeley. As the city continues to evolve, the plan will respect the area's history and character while also planning for new homes, businesses and parks.
Tonight - August 7: Drop-in from 6-8 p.m. at Zoe's Café and Events, 715 10th Street. Share ideas about what the east side of Greeley should look like in the next 10-20 years. Light refreshments and hands-on activities for all ages. Presentations at 6 and 7 p.m.
Unable to attend? Take the East Greeley survey to guide next steps of the plan.
16th Street Enhancement Progress
Crews continue to make steady progress on 16th Street and we anticipate finishing work on the north side of the street by the end of August. Tree removals are now complete, and landscaping and public art will be installed in spring 2026. Please remember: all businesses along the corridor remain open during construction -- thank you for supporting them! For more info, visit SpeakUpGreeley.com/16th-street.
Take Control of Your Water and Your Wallet
Coming late 2025, the new Greeley Utility Portal will make it easier for residents to save money by better managing their water use. Real-time water use tracking shows exactly how much water you're using, while automatic leak alerts help you nip costly leaks in the bud. Easier access to rebates and incentives could also mean more money in your pocket. Visit GreeleyCO.gov/my-utilities to learn more.
