Q&A on the CX Project with Cary Dunlap
Did you know our city website is over 11 years old with more than 5,500 pages? No wonder it can be tough to find what you need! That’s all about to change thanks to a new, resident-focused website as part of the broader Customer Experience (CX) project.
Cary Dunlap, Web Team Supervisor, is working closely with Slalom, the consultant leading the charge on the CX project. With input from every department, this citywide effort is a shift toward a more efficient, customer-centric future. Employees can look forward to a platform that better serves both residents and staff, making information more accessible than ever before.

Parking Update: City Center North (CCN)
Two 15-minute parking stalls have been added in the CCN lot to make loading and unloading easier.
As a reminder, employees with both a city and a personal vehicle are asked to park in the Fire Station 1 lot. While city vehicles may still be in the CCN lot, they should not be in the lot overnight.
Please reference this Parking Guide for a quick visual of all the Area 1 parking options.
