The Englewood Public Library will be highlighting the talents of local Colorado authors on March 19th from 2-5 pm. Seize your opportunity to talk directly with authors, find out about their books, and enjoy the library while you’re here.
We are thrilled to announce we've been nominated for Englewood Community Organization of the Year in the Englewood Chamber of Commerce's Annual Business Awards Banquet. To cast your vote, click here.
Do you need help finding the right level books for your new reader? Are you looking for book suggestions for your reluctant reader? Do you have a reader who is reading through books so fast you can't keep them in books? Do you just want a surprise set of books? Even though the library is open for browsing, the Children's Librarians are happy to help you pick out books for your kids, tweens and teens.
Submit a request to our Kids' Next Reads service and the children’s librarians will pick out 10 books and place them on hold for you. All you need to do is pick them up at the library. The request form lets you enter the type of books (i.e. picture, chapter, etc.) as well as provide us information on what types of books your child is interested in. Add in the notes if you have special requests (need books on a theme or need more than 10 books or specifics on your child’s reading level) to help us know how to choose the best books for you. If you have more than one child, please submit a separate request for each child.
Please join Englewood Public Library for our second annual Winter Reading Challenge! Have fun while you read, explore, and discover new books, movies, and services provided by your local library. Complete all three tasks and win a prize (while supplies last).
