The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is to allow stakeholders a final opportunity before the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations (“Director”) decides whether to adopt proposed revisions to Rule 5.4 – Continuing Education Requirements. The purpose is to revise the current rules related to continuing education requirements for Natural Medicine Facilitators and Clinical Facilitators.
