Review Draft and Stakeholder Meeting

The Division of Insurance (DOI) conducted a study under HB24-1315, titled Study on Remediation of Property Damaged by Fire. The draft of this study has been posted to the DOI's Affordability and Availability webpage along with the recording of the September 8, 2026 virtual stakeholder meeting.

Comments on the study are due Friday, September 11, 2026 by 5 pm MDT and should be submitted to DORA_Ins_rulesandrecords@state.co.us.
