Has your HOA community adopted the changes set forth by House Bill
25-1043, which is effective October 1, 2025? House Bill 25-1043, a large and comprehensive bill passed by the Colorado legislature during the 2025 legislative session, requires most associations to update their collections policies as well as provide additional information to the Division of Real Estate upon registering or renewing.

Please join us for a presentation and Q&A session on the various considerations involved in the new legislation on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM (MT). This Forum will cover:

• An overview of the important provisions enacted by HB25-1043
• A discussion of important considerations for HOA boards and community managers as they seek to update their collections policies
• A summary of what to know about the new registration requirements

This presentation is designed for HOA board members and community association managers; however, all are welcome to attend.
