2024 Annual Report from the HOA Information & Resource Center
2024 Review on sticky note with office supplies

The HOA Information & Resource Center released its 2024 Annual Report on April 11, 2025. The HOA Information Officer invites you to join the HOA Center for a helpful review of the report to help you navigate through the summaries and data compilation methods used in preparing the Annual Report. 

 

This year, the Annual Report addresses the important topics listed below:

  • Registration information including the number of Common Interest Communities in Colorado and the number of Coloradans living in Common Interest Communities in Colorado
  • Analysis of complaints received by the HOA Center
  • 2024 Legislative Session Updates
  • Other statistical data relevant to HOAs in Colorado. 

 

You can join the HOA Information Officer on Tuesday, April 22 at 1:00 p.m. (MT) for an online-only webinar review of the report. All are welcome to attend.
