The purpose of this Rulemaking Hearing is for the State Board of Accountancy to decide on proposed revisions to Rule 1.5 - EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR EXAMINATION AND CERTIFICATION, 1.7 - EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION and 1.8 - REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION - The purpose is to reduce barriers for applicants, to align with the majority of state boards and to update the listed references.
