The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following new bulletin:

• Bulletin B-4.139 Concerning Coverage of Abortion Services for Individual and Small Group Markets

The purpose of this bulletin is to clarify the Division's position regarding coverage for abortion services in the individual and small market in accordance with § 10-16-104(26), C.R.S.
