The Division of Insurance is holding a virtual stakeholder meeting on Tuesday, June 11th, from 10 to 11 am MDT to discuss funding strategies for the Health Insurance Affordability Enterprise (HIAE).
The legislature recently passed House Bill 24-1470, which eliminated the allocation of premium tax revenues to the HIAE. For FY 2024-25 and ongoing, the Division will be holding a series of stakeholder meetings to explore funding options.
