Notice of Virtual Rulemaking Hearing - May 30, 2024 11 am

NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance.

The Division of Insurance will hold a VIRTUAL Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM via webinar.

Submit Comments: Oral comments will be taken from participants who are present via webinar. If you cannot make the meeting virtually or wish to make written comments rather than speaking, you may email your written comments to DOI Rules and Records by 5 PM, Tuesday, June 4, 2024, for review and consideration.

  • DRAFT Proposed Amended Regulation 4-2-11 Rate Filing Submissions for Limited Benefit Health Insurance Plans, Excess/Stop Loss Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance, Medicare Supplement Insurance, Sickness and Accident Insurance, Disability Income, Dental, Other Health Benefit Plans
  • DRAFT Proposed Amended Regulation 4-2-43 Enrollment Periods Relating to Individual and Group Health Benefit Plans
  • DRAFT Proposed Repeal of Regulation 4-2-74 Concerning Data Reporting Requirements for Carriers' Out-of-Network Reimbursements

NOTICE OF RULEMAKING HEARINGS 

A written comment period will be permitted for three business days after the public hearing.  These written comments shall be available for public inspection at the Division of Insurance (“Division”).  Please send all comments, questions, and requests for information to the Division via email to DORA_INS_rulesandrecords@state.co.us.  Please reference the draft regulation number and title in the subject line.
