2023 Annual Report from the HOA Information & Resource Center

The HOA Information & Resource Center released its 2023 Annual Report on March 15, 2024. The report provides an important summary of the information compiled by the HOA Center during the latest calendar year. Topics of the report include, but are not limited to:

2023 Legislative Session Updates
Registration information, number of Common Interest Communities in Colorado, and the number of Coloradans living in Common Interest Communities in Colorado
Analysis of complaints received by the HOA Center
Number of HOAs that are professionally managed as compared to self-managed
