HOA Homeowners' Rights Task Force March Meeting
The HOA Homeowners' Rights Task Force will hold a public meeting via Webinar on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. (MT).
The HOA Homeowners' Rights Task Force is created in the Department of Regulatory Agencies by section 24-34-101(1)(a), C.R.S. to examine issues confronting communities that are governed by the executive board of an association.

HOA Forum:
Let's Talk About Liens ~ Special Guest, Lindsay S. Smith
Homeowner associations can be a great mechanism for reducing individual owner responsibilities, elevating neighborhood appearances, providing amenities, and increasing property values. The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOA”) also provides associations with the authority to file a lien and possibly foreclose on a unit owner’s property.
The HOA Center is pleased to welcome guest speaker Lindsay S. Smith of the Colorado law firm Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis & Payne on this important topic. Please join the HOA Information Officer for a brief presentation followed by a Q&A session on Friday, March 15th, 2024, at 1:00 pm (MT). All are welcome to attend.
