The Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force, created by HB23-1105, will hold a public meeting via webinar on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:30 P.M (MT).
The Metropolitan District Homeowners' Rights Task Force is created in the Department of Regulatory Agencies by section 24-34-101(1)(a), C.R.S. to examine issues confronting communities that are governed by the executive board of a Metropolitan District.
