The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed regulation:

• DRAFT Proposed New Regulation 4-2-XX Concerning the Requirements for Pharmacy Benefit Managers to Register in Colorado

The purpose of this regulation is to provide the form and manner for a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) to annually register with the Division pursuant to § 10-16-122.1(2.5)(b)(I), C.R.S.
