Your Voice Matters

If you work or live in a homeowner's association in Colorado — we ask you to take part in our HOA stakeholder engagement activities. On May 24, HB23-1105 was signed into law. This bill creates two task forces aimed to investigate and present written reports on issues affecting those who work or live in HOAs in Colorado.

When you share your personal story with the HOA Task Force, you are ensuring your experiences and opinions are heard. All responses collected will help inform a final report to be presented to the Colorado General Assembly, the Governor’s Office, and the public.
