The HOA Information & Resource Center has released its 2022 Annual Report. The report provides an important summary of the information compiled by the HOA Center during the 2022 calendar year. Topics of the report include, but are not limited to:
- 2022 Legislative Session Updates
- Information collected through the registration process
- Number of Common Interest Communities in Colorado and the number of Coloradans living in Common Interest Communities in Colorado
- Number and nature of complaints received by the HOA Center
- Number of HOAs that are professionally managed as compared to self-managed
