The HOA Information & Resource Center will hold a webinar on the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act and how it may apply to your community. A common challenge that many associations face is how to provide services for all its members. While both federal laws like the Fair Housing Act, and state laws like the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act attempt to address these issues, final resolution of how an association makes reasonable accommodations can still be a challenge. Join Nick Altmann, the HOA Information Officer, and Kelly Wesolosky, the Outreach Education and Community Advisor, for a discussion on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 1:00 PM (MT).
