License Renewal Reminder!
New Year, New License, New You! The Division of Real Estate would like to take this one last opportunity to remind all licensees about license renewal. Expired licensees may not conduct any business that requires licensure. If you have not already, visit the Division of Real Estate's website now to renew your license.
Commission Approved Real Estate Forms Effective January 1, 2023
As of January 1, 2023, the Division of Real Estate has released several updated forms for use in Colorado. Even for those properties that have been listed in 2022, new forms like the Seller's Property Disclosure must be used on any property that goes under contract on January 1, 2023 or afterwards. It is important that all real estate licensees familiarize themselves with the new forms and implement them in their practice.
Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers Regular Meeting
