NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance.
The Division of Insurance will hold a VIRTUAL Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 2:30 PM via webinar or at the Colorado Division of Insurance if the Public Health Emergency is ended by the date of the hearing.

Submit Comments: Oral comments will be taken from participants who are present via webinar. If you cannot make the meeting virtually or wish to make written comments rather than speaking, you may email your written comments to DOI Rules and Records by 5 PM, Friday, October 21, 2022, for review and consideration.

A written comment period will be permitted for three business days after the public hearing. These written comments shall be available for public inspection at the Division of Insurance (“Division”). Please send all comments, questions, and requests for information to the Division via email to DORA_INS_rulesandrecords@state.co.us. Please reference the draft regulation number and title in the subject line.
