The HOA Information and Resource Center (“HOA Center”) has published its 2020 Annual Report. The report provides a summary of information compiled during the year including:
- Important HOA legislation;
- Registration information regarding the number and types of HOA in Colorado;
- Regions where HOAs are concentrated;
- Number of Coloradans that live in HOAs;
- Number of HOAs that are professionally managed versus self-managed; and
- Number and types of inquiries and complaints the HOA Center received.
