The State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), Division of Housing (DOH), Office of Housing Finance and Sustainability (OHFS) announces the Notice of Funds Available (NOFA) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
This NOFA announces requests for applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. Funding can be used to abate environmental contaminants in, and/or demolish existing vacant, blighted residential properties located within low-to-moderate-income census areas, as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in CDBG non-entitlement local government communities.

Total Amount Available: Up to $2,000,000

Maximum Abatement and/or Demolition Award: $75,000 per unit, $500,000 per grantee
