Webinar for Manufacturers and Third Party Agencies
A webinar will be held on March 26, 2025 at 9 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time. The webinar will be recorded and the slide deck will be posted to the News and Events page on our website. All are welcome, but this webinar will be focused for manufacturers and Third Party Agencies.
Phase One
Effective April 1, 2025, Phase One will allow direct submission for “Certified” factory-built (FB), factory-built nonresidential (FBNR), and tiny home manufacturers only. Does not include “Certified” multi-family manufacturers. All “Registered” FB, FBNR, multi-family, and tiny home manufacturers, will continue to submit to the Third Party Agency for preliminary approval.
Phases Two and Three
Phases Two and Three (described below) will be announced separately.
- Target date July 1, 2025, Phase Two will also allow the direct submission for “Registered” FB, and Tiny Home manufacturers. Does not include Multifamily and “Registered” FBNR Manufacturers . Multifamily or “Registered” FBNR Manufacturers, will continue to submit to Third Party for preliminary approval.
- Target date October 1, 2025, Phase Three will also allow the direct submission for both “Registered” and “Certified” multi-family and “Registered” FBNR manufacturers.
Reminder: The effective date of our adopted rules with our new codes is January 1, 2025. We are approaching the end of the 180-day transition period, so please ensure that your future plans comply with our new adopted codes prior to June 30, 2025. See our Administrative Rules for more information.
