Division of Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI)
- An update to My FAMLI+ Employer released on July 8, 2026 introduced two key features to the portal, based on employer feedback:
-
A "Doing Business As" field. Your employees can now find your business under the name they actually know, which means fewer mismatched claims and fewer calls to you.
-
For PEOs and the businesses that file through them: a dedicated PEO account type. The portal now recognizes the PEO relationship directly, so you can report for client companies directly. To have your TPA account switched to a PEO account, call the FAMLI Contact Center at 1-866-CO-FAMLI (1-866-263-2654).
Division of Workers’ Compensation (DOWC)
- As the DOWC progresses with EDI 3.1 and the CoComp transition, insurers must be aware of important timelines and requirements. The CoComp portal was launched with limited features for insurers on July 20, 2026. Since July 20, supporting documentation for admissions must be uploaded via the new CoComp portal. Insurance carriers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and self-insured employers can access essential onboarding resources. Please visit the CoComp webpage for insurers to review important training materials, transition timelines, system notices, and previous webinar recordings. All other external stakeholders will gain access by the fall of 2027. Additional resources will be shared closer to that time.
